Google Tracking: We offer two types of Google tracking (1) Normal Google Maps: As seeing in image, once the customer uses their tracking code, they can view the current location of their shipment and the shipping progress. (2) Premium Trackng: This will also your customer/client to see their current location of they parcel on Any Google/Wise/Apple Map App all you need to do is share your live location with the customer and on which ever app they use… they’ll be able to see the map location set by you.

Tracking/Shipping Details: With the tracking Code given to your customer/client they can see their tracking details on the tracking page, details like Shipment Date, Weight, Package Details, Custom Duties (if applied), Taxes (if applied) and other information requested by the owner of the site.

Service Email(s): We’ll be giving you a maximum of 5 Service Emails like eg. contact@mytrackingsite.com, support@mytrackingsite.com, payments@mytrackingsite.com, hello@mytrackingsite.com and the rest. This will help you maintain professional mailing service/communication with your client.

Automatic Email Updates (Addon): We can add an option for your client to get automated emails whenever their shipment moves from one port/location to another, this will help them with accurate tracking and shipment monitoring. this will attract a fee of 30% to your initial site cost.
